Our fee is $140 per counselling hour (50 minutes in length). Most of our services are covered by your workplace benefits or extended health insurance.

The cost of educational workshops vary, depending on the length and content of the workshop.

Our fees are guided by recommendations published by the respective professional associations and colleges of our clinicians (Ontario Association of Social Workers and College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario), as well as the current local economy.
