Carly Hillock, M.S.W., R.S.W.

Carly is a kind, compassionate, and skilled clinical therapist with over 7 years of experience working directly with youth at a local community mental health agency.

She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Wayne State University and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Carly is also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and is currently training to become a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Individual.

Having the courage to reach out for therapy can be a hard decision for many reasons. Recognizing this, Carly provides her clients with a safe space where trust and compassion can be established and nurtured. Carly’s sessions are free from judgement and criticism, where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, challenges they face, and/or difficult memories and experiences.

Carly has supported individuals facing multiple challenges and adversities in their lives including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem and self-worth, school avoidance, OCD, distorted eating, anger and emotion dysregulation, family conflict, and substance misuse.

To best support each of her client’s individual needs and goals, Carly utilizes different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Danielle Cyrenne, M.S.W., R.S.W.

Are you looking for a warm, bubbly, and compassionate worker that will support yourself or your child to navigate life’s challenges? Let’s connect!

With a decade of experience in the field, Danielle has worked with all ages and stages through esteemed community and government agencies like Windsor Essex Community Health Centre and Children First. Additionally, Danielle has experience using trauma-informed work to support at-risk youth in secure facilities. 

Holding a Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University, Danielle is a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Utilizing a holistic therapeutic approach, Danielle integrates various techniques including Attachment Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Transgenerational therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice. Danielle focuses on providing comprehensive support tailored to each individual's unique needs and specializes in depression, anxiety, academic stress, family and peer conflict, self-esteem/self-confidence, social and peer relations, grief and loss, and trauma.

Sarah Renaud, M.S.W., R.S.W.

Sarah is a compassionate, experienced and skilled clinical social worker. She graduated with her Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University in 2006 and has been providing counselling to youth in community mental health settings in Windsor ever since. Sarah is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

With an open mind and open heart, she is committed to establishing a therapeutic relationship where people feel safe, connected, and most of all, hopeful. Whether it be a child, adolescent or adult, establishing a nurturing environment for people to explore, grow, foster healthy relationships and experience joy is Sarah’s passion and purpose.

Sarah uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in attachment theory when working with individuals and families. As a holistic practitioner, therapeutic approaches that she uses include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Theraplay®, Collaborative Problem Solving ®, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Julianna Hany, M.S.W., R.S.W.

Julianna is a skilled therapist with 4 years of experience working in the mental health

field and has provided services in both community and private mental health settings

working with both children, their families and adults. Julianna is a registered social

worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She

received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor.

Julianna tailors her practice to each individual’s unique needs using several evidence

based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Julianna has

a certificate in grief and extensive experience in crisis intervention and

suicide prevention/life promotion.

Julianna is here to support individuals taking this important

next step in reaching their mental wellness goals. Using a strength based perspective,

Julianna provides a warm, welcoming, and empathetic space for you to discuss your

important life concerns. Julianna specializes in anxiety, depression, life changes, stress,

grief, and trauma.

Julianna recognizes the importance of the family relationships provides

support and coaching to ensure that youth are supported with maintaining

changes both inside and out of the therapy space.

Shantel Munro, M.S.W. R.S.W.

Shantel is a skilled Social Worker with over six years of experience in the field of mental health. Shantel received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Shantel’s experience includes therapy with all ages, as well as crisis intervention related support. Shantel is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including: Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Practice, Trauma Informed Therapy and also has substantial experience in crisis intervention and suicide prevention / life promotion.  

Shantel values honesty and compassion within the therapeutic relationship and practices with acceptance, genuineness and empathy. She recognizes and appreciates the uniqueness of each individual client and customizes her approach to suit everyone’s distinctive needs.

Shantel is currently on parental leave.
